In praise of ostrich burgers

Did you find the ostrich burgers greasy at all? I’ve tried eating
lamb burgers, but they were very greasy. Buffalo burgers also seem
to be high in fat. Was thinking maybe the ostrich burgers wld be a
good replacement.

    Not at all - they were very, very lean.
    FYI - not all buffalo meat is the same. I’ve found some that’s very lean
    and some that’s as fatty as standard beef burgers. Always make sure to
    check the nutritional information to be sure that your meat is lean
    regardless of the animal source.
