Thanks Elizabeth, that way of cooking sounds divine. I have a cookbook I can
look the temperature up in.
Has anyone been successful in finding any kind of bouillon, cube or granule
that is totally compatible? I have been using my crockpot a lot lately and
seems like most recipes call for it. Once you get past the biggies, no corn,
no wheat, no potatoes, then some of them have avoid spices. So far the
closest I have come is Seitenbacher Instant All Natural Gluten Free Vegetable
Broth Mix. Unfortunately, it has leeks, nutmeg and pepper which I assume is
black in it. Sigh. Or, does anyone know how to make our own? I know making
the chicken or beef would be really hard, but maybe there’s a mixture we
could make for the vegetable and just use in it everything? I’m getting
really tired of reading labels ![]()
