Vinegar & Coffee
With trepidation (of being shot down by those who know and understand
more of the theory of BTD
I understand that coffee increases stomach
acid something that type O’s are already high of, I expect there are
more chemical/scientific reasons but hey I like to keep things simple
lifcan be complicated enough as it is
I am unsure about vinegar so I will refrain from making a complete fool
of myself!
Hope that is of some help.

If I remember right, vinegar is an avoid because of the fermentation/mold and
acid issues. I use lemonjuice instead.

According to Atkin’s the caffeine also mimics a “sugar” high and will inhibit
weight loss.

Coffe also interferes with the O immune mechanism! As far as I
know caffeine is also bad, its use should be restricted. I remember
Rooibos tea recommended for Os instead of overuse of green tea
(caffeine).
Black teas are all avoids because they raise acid levels in the
stomach. (Have other undesirable effect, being fermented.)
