I'm glad to see that good replies were posted. I think the Vit C sodium ascorbate in water helped a little. If it ever happens again, I'd like to try to go it without any OTC anti-histaimine, if that would be a good idea. I was using a lot of cayenne in my salads, but have been eating all cooked food for the last week, and no citrus, and cayenne is not as good on cooked vegetables so I haven't been using it. I won't have a problem with allergy anymore as long as I watch myself. I was punished for getting mad at a woman email friend. She kept saying annoying things to me, so I put her in her place.
