compliant chocolate

Tuesday, August 16th, 2005

If you’re a secretor, your best bets are either dark chocolate or non-dairy
chocolate, but check the ingredients carefully! We non-secretors are just
screwed since we can’t have any sugar :-( Dianne in L.A.

Hershey bars

Tuesday, August 16th, 2005

Susan,
I figure you did notice that the first ingredient in the Hershey bar is milk
chocolate. That probably isn’t as bad as some of the other chocolate bars. Just
wanted you to be aware of the dairy (milk) in there.

Which rebounder to buy?

Monday, August 15th, 2005

O.K. What brand rebounder do you use and would you recommend it? What
features do you especially like or dislike? If you upgraded from a less
expensive model, would you say it was worth it?
Susan K. - How is your $35 one? Was it new or used? What brand?
Joyce - You sound happy with your Needak :-) Is yours a model that folds
in half?
Anyone else have hints or opinions to share? Anyone here own a ReboundAIR?
Thought this would be helpful to those of us considering purchasing one.
Thanks in advance!

I used to get cold sores on the side of my mouth and hang nails. When I was

better and to take some vitamins. They went away. I just completed a bout
with shingles (another pesky herpes strain) that came on right after the flu
and the doctor told me the same thing. I did the juicer thing to crank my
T-cells back up.

weight loss musings

Wednesday, August 10th, 2005

My fat finally seems to be melting, which I am very grateful for. I am sure
that a big part of it is that I have finally traded in my totally sedentary
(depressed) lifestyle for a more active one.
Looking back through my CC receipts I see that I ordered my LR4YT book near
the end of August 2001, so I figure I started eating this way around the
first week of September. That means I am coming toward the end of six
months. I *immediately* started avoiding all avoids and eating more
beneficials, although I misread the rice (neutral) information and was
eating it daily for a while.
I added beef back into my diet on 11/8/01 and have been eating it nearly
daily since then. At this time my stamina greatly increased, it was
noticable within a week or two at the most. This took away my last excuse
for not moving my body :-) So, fo me, I think it was a combo of things. Dr. D. writes that some people
have to follow the plan for a while before it kicks in. Adding the beef
