I think I read in a post recently about corn being everywhere that citric
acid (preservative used in canned veggies, etc.) is from CORN? Is this
right???
Thanks,
Lynda
responded to you in the mailing list because the reply was sent to the entire
mailing list, but we should behave and bring this discussion to a more personal
exchange, any others may make themselves known in a similar manner. I have found
some Delphi forums to be convenient for this subject
Axel ,
I would have asked you to write privately , but there are the Jeffrey Dalmer’s
and Ted Bundy’s of the world. You were joking about killing me…I was
physically assaulted while I was living in Eugene , OR -not raped but it was
horrible.
I think Tarot cards are evil in disguise from experience not just because
someone told me so. I am not into divination in any form. I know many people are
and I feel it blocks the real thing.
I have spontaneous OBE , and had many prayers answered. Plus knowing things
especially about people close to me that I feel I was told so that I could pray
for them… that I feel safe with as they came to me as they did my

This brings up a good point. If you cut and paste a recipe into the
file section, please put some hard line breaks at the end of each
line. And break up the directions part with hard line breaks, too
(press the Enter key). Then people won’t have to scroll horizontally.
Just a suggestion for ease of reading. Maybe go back in any recipes
you have posted and “view” the file first so you can see what I’m
talking about.

off-spring or not. Surely we are there to guide them not to control
them ? Or am I misunderstanding your statement here ? Steve - Cheltenham, UK
Well it depends! I hate to see uncontrolled screaming children when I go out for
the evening!
I personally think they should be in bed at a reasonable time etc. As they get
older I think they should be supported in their choice of a mate etc- Unless one
has evidence that the person in a murderer or abusive then I think a bit of
interference wouldn’t hurt-it may not help either
Ask me how I know !
I heard once that each of us has a desire in the way we should go , but that Mom
& Dad usually want to stifle us so that “we” will follow their dreams for us-I
don’t mean that!
What I should have just said was to be Self-controlled (those almond Hershey
bars were my downfall as far as my 30 plus days off of sugar- but I refuse to
blame the person who posted they ate them and they were OK I still sought them
out:)

Thank you Joyce, for the tip from Dr. D. I was the one who posted about my
usual strong nails all breaking off. I probably get enough zinc, because I
eat so much red meat and green veg, but I will look into the iron, and
compare iron sources to my diet. I do drink coffee every morning, despite
Axel’s dire warnings of internal annihilation. I just can’t help myself! He
did warn me caffeine will interfere with my body’s ability to absorb
nutrients. This could be exactly what he was talking about.
Hi ,
I remember a few weeks ago someone mentioned their brittle nails. This is Dr.
Weil’s tip of the day.

NICER NAILS, NATURALLY
White spots on the nails could be due to a lack of zinc in the diet and split,
brittle or flattened nails can indicate an iron deficiency. Foods containing
high amounts of zinc are oysters, some green vegetables, liver and red meat. Too
much alcohol or caffeine can prevent your body from absorbing zinc properly.
Fatty acids, especially from fish, nuts and seeds, are also essential to repair
dry nails and keep them strong and flexible.
Hi everyone,
I’m O+, secretor status unknown and very happy to find this board.
Joe R. told me about this board. Since the dadamo board is down, I
thought I’d swing by here. I’ve found other ER boards but never one
just for us O’s.
A little about me…I have candida and was on a diet called Body
Ecology, which is *very* similar to an ER O diet. I really began to
feel better when I started eating meat again after sixteen years
without. Corn, I discovered, made me get rashes. So did wheat. When I
found the ER diet, I was amazed to find how accurate it was.
I look forward to chatting with you all…
Deb from MD
Was on Dr. D’Adamo’s website, it’s shut down.
But Thomas has provided an alternate BB on his website
www.fodforyourblood.com/cgi-local/ultimatebb.cgi
old an new BTD’ers meet there to discuss ER.
Thanks, Thomas !
I experimented with several spelt recipes. The very best, i.e., tastes so
much like ‘real bread’ that when I took it to a party no one noticed, is the
one in the CR4YT cookbook.
SPELT BREAD FOR BREAD MACHINE
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/3 tsp yeast
2 Tbs powdered soy milk (I use powdered rice milk)
2 Tbs canola oil (can use light olive oil if you prefer)
2 tsp turbinado sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 cups whole-grain spelt flour
2 cups white spelt flour
Measure all ingredients in the order listed into bread machine’s baking pan.
Select basic bread setting and bake. Makes 1 (2 lb) loaf but fit fine in my
1 1/2 lb bread machine. Also works halved and set on 1 lb setting.
