Hi everyone. New to this list…

found my way here since Dr D has closed the forum on the d’adamo
site. Just wondering if any familiar folks are here too. Missing
everyone!

    I miss everyone at dadamo.com too. You might remember me [JR O+ n/s
    ER4YT since 1/5/02]. I’m glad we have this board.

    Me too. I’ve been on the Pro-Vita! Plan, SCDiet, Paavo Airola diet,
    100% raw foods vegan, Life Balances diet, just to name a few. It took
    me years to work my way up to the BTD.
    I hope the others do find their way here. I liked Maia, Rose O non,
    two or 3 different Johns, Joachim, Bill de Creeft from AK, Betsy and
    her man [O how we secrete], George from Oz, and the list goes on and
    on. Such a nice group of people that was. I just seem to fit in there
    well, and I had a nice feeling about the place.
    I probably sound like a broken record, but I tell about everyone I
    meet to ER4YT. The thing is, I doubt very much that ER is a fad for
    me. It’s going to be the foundation for my lifetime way of eating.
