breakfeast idea
Hi friends,
as you maybe know, europeans don’t eat salty breadfeasts like meat and
so on …
but what I sometimes do is :
cooking rice with milk (sheepsmilk ofcourse) add some unrefined (brown)
sugar and prunes with their own sirup -
that’s very jummy

Hi Yvonne,
That’s interesting…..
We, in Asia, have Rice Congee (thick porridge) for breakfast.
The rice is brought to boil in chicken stock, simmered about 3 hrs.
Then some ground meat, soy sauce, & green scallions are added.
There are many variations from this simple basic recipe.
Then there is also our Noodle Breakfast with oyster/soy sauce & oil.
Dim sum (little appetizers) may be also eaten as breakfast.
Glad to see ya, again, Yvonne,
Gaye

One of my all time faves for breakfast , even before ER,
is the San Francisco Joe’s Special:
grilled onions
spinach
oregano + other seasonings
ground beef
raw scramble eggs (mixed in last).
It’s quite filling, like Rice Congee.
