Limits on Soy

I don’t eat any soy. Back when everybody said drink soy milk, eat tofu, etc
I just couldn’t handle it. It would lay like cement in my stomach and give
me a low grade fever. No soy for me thank you.

the problem soy versis meat (allthoug I love the taste of it) is :
I hate to eat dead bodies and am allways trying to find protein without
killing anybody ….
any ideas ?

Do you soak them in salt water first ? My Aunt loves them and she said there is
a smell that she finds unpleasant unless she soaks them.

making mayonnaise -
I think I saw pastuerized egg whites the other day at wild oats .. they may be
able to sue that in the mayonnaise…
