<description>I think I need to join the shorter one starting next week, too. It
will be a real challenge, as next weekend I'll be visiting my
parents. I will only be able to totally control a couple of meals.
Are we going to daily post here? Do we have suggested meal plans?
Maybe share the shopping list that you are compiling...

<description>Well, it's about time you show your face. LOL :O)
I think it is the general concensus of opinion that we
will attempt an 80%HB with 20% neutrals. No avoids.
Is that acceptable to all of you? March 6 is fine to
me. Take one special day off if it is your birthday
or some other special day. Only one!!

<description>Looks like to me that YOU'VE got a good size number of people
 to start
 the March "HB Challenge".
Now, is the starting date, March 6 ......per Axel ?
What's the plan, what's the plan?????
 Are we going for 95% HB &#38; 5% Neutral(hopefully) ????
 and for how long ????
 FORGIVE ME....
JUST GOT BACK FROM VACATION &#38; GOING THRU A COLD
SO I HADN'T READ ALL OF THE GROUP MESSAGES.
I've got my grocery list all set. And some ideas. How about you?
You can tell, huh? Yes, I'm excited.
 I enjoy a "group challenge".
The first challenge I was started
with Sarah Murray, Susan Kennedy, Kate Lewick, Alma Sholmire,
 &lt;!--more--&gt;
 &#38; Sharon Ferris.
Because we were small....I had introduced them to "AOL IM".
Luckily we do catch each other on IM, still.
 LOTS OF VITAMIN H (hugs),

<description>We have a yearly "Lighten Up Challenge" at work that lasts 6 weeks,
and I was thinking about doing the HB challenge, with daily exercise
being my real challenge. It doesn't start until around April 7th, so
it will be awhile. I will post again near that time and see if anyone
wants to try for six weeks! I will look forward to reading your posts
about the upcoming challenge. Especially you, Axel.

<description>My understanding is that Essene bread is beneficial and Ezekial
is neutral. Did this change recently?
Kate,
who is hoping that you are right, I love Ezekial bread.</description>

<description>You're so right, never make a pet of 'em, if you plan to eat them. Had to learn
the hard way too. We used to raise sheep for the market and I hand fed the
"bummers". They get to thinking, you're their mamma.
Now we just raise a few for our own consumption. I just crave lamb meat !Yum.

<description>get rid of in a hurry. If you ask about lamb, emu, buffalo, beefalo, beef heart,
brains, etc., you are answered that it won't sell in this area so they aren't
allowed to have it available to order. I might luck out when I finish my
Friendly beef ( we bottle fed a calf that always came to the gate for attention
 and his bottle, and later for his snakes. &#60;
What are his snakes ? I have never heard this term before.
If I would buy 1/2 a steer I could get it from my cousin. His farm isn't organic
, but does put his cows out all day to pasture. I am PA Dutch and my Grandfather
had a butcher shop as a kid I often helped butcher -all the family helped each
other. When my Dad had the farm and raised lambs the only other lamb farms were
near Pittsburgh. I know he contracted all his lamb to the some Jewish community
in New York. Lamb farmers are few and far between- I don't know of one in the
whole Dutch area... I can't wait to try Emu. My husband saw an ad for it. I also
heard there is a buffalo farm nearby. There is an all organic turkey farm about
10 miles away. That is really good.
