Hi Yvonne,

I loved your CD. You have a beautiful voice.

As you can see, his new book is not fluff. It is 583 pages packed with
info. Can't recommend the book enough. There are other
recommendations/considerations for non-secretors and generic
recommendations, but hopefully this will give you a sense for what he
recommends for headaches.
Best Wishes,
Bob

I wish - but the protocols are extensive and the migraine section does
not highlight one for O's.
You might try www.dadamo.com and see what you find on a search for
migraine...

I'm assuming that you are wanting a reason why you got the migraine.
That salad isn't on their website. "Sesame seed dressing and rice
noodles" seem to me to be likely candidates for sneaking in some MSG, a
sure-fire migraine cause. If I were you, I'd stay away from "fast food"
(ever read Fast Food Nation?). I haven't been there in over a year.
Cheers,
Mr. Research ;)

allergy, antinflammatory and detox protocols (too much too type) for
migraines.Migraines sometimes have emotional components as well.stephen
Steven ,
I don't have the Blood Type Encyclopedia ! Isn't there one thing that stands out
that would be easy to type ?
I had my 1st migraine after I took Zantac (a drug for stomach ulcers) I have
had them ever since. My Dr. said the Zantac tripped a "switch" in my brain. it
has been horrible. I have lost time as well as the pain involved-it is a
miserable condition. I was the only girl in our family NOT to have them ! So I
guess it's genetic. Both my sons and daughter all have them.
I don't know about the emotional part I haven't had any changed in my life. I
am actually feeling better than I ever have. More aware it has been like coming
out of a trance.
I keep thinking a Pepsi will make it better!

Hi Yvonne ,
My son mentioned that he gets his migraines them from weather changes too. Maybe
I do too , and never made the connection. It sure has been some week weather
wise it went from 20 degrees up to 50 and then rained for a 24 hrs. I was going
to fast today , but couldn't. I am eating only food that never gave me any
problems.. I am also drinking a feverfew tea blend called "Head Aid".
It's 3PM and I got up for the tea. I am going back to bed. I feel angry about
the wasted day.
Thank You ! Love to you too ,
