Hello all
Hi,
Went through some of the messages and noticed a lot of familiar
names. I’ve come off the other ER4YT list and have had a bad taste in
my mouth ever since that list degenerated into daily Tabitha journals
and Shaklee advertisments. And I guess since I’ve been kind of choked
ever since Tabitha put me on moderated status. All I did was nicely
ask her admit on the list that she mistakenly attributed an
inflammatory email to me. Poof, I was told to go into the corner and
stay there. Okay, that’s all .. won’t say anything negative anymore.
I look forward to sharing and hearing your successes.
Cheers!

And any problem you had would generate an instant advertisement for a line
of products that one of them sold. This list is the way the other one used
to be, advice, help and caring.

hi dawn,
oh yeah, there was another one. you’ll notice lots of
people have come off of that one and joined this one.
the other one was turning into a highly regulated
authoritative group where you could be put on
moderated status without warning.
this group is a breath of fresh air.
cheers,
m.

I think Tiger-Elizabeth is still a member of this list - I think she
told me once …
but maybe I’m wrong …

Ok, I agree. So long as she behaves and since she isn’t the moderator.

I think we all need to stand together and let them
know they are welcome on our list as long as they
leave their Shaklee at the door. Agree?

I wondered why you disappeared. I missed you and Yvonne. I’m sure whatever
great sin you commited against the Terrible Two was nonexistent in other
peoples’ eyes.

He’s a better person than I am. But you’re right, it’s all in the past.
How wonderful about Mary. All the old gang will soon be here. Is Deb from
New Orleans here?
Love, Elizabeth

I can’t believe they are still doing this. I swear. I was kicked off
last fall, since I dared express an opinion, and I am soooo glad.
This is a great group.

Yes, Sarah, it was Eat Right. A couple of girls at work were talking
about it and I figured I could at least read it. There are a couple
of areas that fit me to a tee and I looked for a site to find more
info.
Thanks all for the welcome,
Blue

The latest list is on the www.dadamo.com sight.
Once you get the main page, look for Typebase3. There are also about 300
recipes in the Recibase. You’ll find both of those in the top middle column.
On your right hand side you’ll find a column of articles, some written
daily, and others updated every so often. You can learn more by going over
those and the archives of each. And of course we are always willing to
answer any questions.
Since Eat Right was written there have been 2 other books out. Live Right
will explain the secretor/non-secretor part and the Complete Encyclopedia
written just last year gives the protocols ( lists of what you can try for
different things that you might have.) The research equipment Dr. D can use
has improved a lot since the first book, so there have been some food
changes also, as he has been able to research in more detail. You might want
to check with your local library and see if they have either one of these
in. If so, check them out and see if you want get a copy. Just keep working
at it and after a while, the lists of foods for beneficial and neutral will
be all you think about in the grocery store and the avoids won’t be hard to
stay away from.
