Calories; sugar sensitive and Zone
Oops! Sorry about that last send with nothing in it - pushed the wrong key.
What I wanted to say was that I also exercise every day. My DH and I get up
at 5am and do cardio for 20-30 min.s (depends, I commit to 20 min.s and then
if I want to do more I do!) MWF and then some weight training on TThSa Arms,
Legs, Arms or Legs, Arms, Legs depending on the week. (Based on Body for
Life - boy I sure do like to mix and match my dietary/exercise stuff don’t I
LOL). We Os need our vigorous exercise!
