I’ve been checking out the ER4YT website lately and some of the people are
reporting finally having weight loss success when they follow food combing
rules. Basically not eating protein and starch together, eating dairy alone
if at all, fruit alone, and low starch veggies with either protein or
starchy foods. Someone over there had a link to a food combining chart. It
seems worth a try, I’m just starting so I can’t say if it works for me yet.
