Stool Talk - I have a problem

For about a month now I have been suffering with diarrhoea. I don’t have to run
every now and then, I am still regular, but this is very inconvenient. I am not
eating any avoids at all. What can I incorporate or cut out of my diet to
alleviate this. Before BTD I was chronically constipated. For the first few
months I was just fine, but now!!! Help!!!

Hi Axel….in reply to your mail.
No, as far as seasons are concerned, we are in the end of summer over here.
Fall starts officially in March even though the heat continues well into April
still. There are no bugs around that I know off at the moment and I don’t have
the normal bug symptoms either (cramps, nausea etc.) Like I said, I am regular,
    but is fluid nevertheless.
Your detox theory might be worth something. The colour is almost black. I know
from fasting experience that that speaks of detox. I am experiencing a bit of
sinus and runny nose too - all puzzling me as I am not taking in any avoids
    whatsoever.
I am not dehydrated, as I am still regular. I am not fatigued either. Every
thing is fine about me except the consistency.
I am taking spelt and/or rye regularly as I simply can’t cut out my carbs. I am
addicted to a slice of bread once a day. Only one slice though, so I’m not
doing too bad. Beans and pulses? Closest I get to those are mung bean sprouts

about twice to three times a week and the normal green beans. Not really a nut
fan must admit. But if it will work, I will try it, although walnut are hard to
get and very expensive this side of the world.
There is not hurting or itching and no ’semi constipation. There, I think I
    have answered all the questions.
PS: pleasure for the biltong thing. You make me laugh, you know that?
