thank you for the advice on protein, calcium and silica. I am pretty sure I get
enough protein, probably a little more than I need. I eat a lot of meat. I
will pay more attention to my calcium intake, and will try silica if the food
balance/seasonal cycle issue does not resolve this over the next month or so.

Thomas added to the advice that I should add fat. That may be it! I know it
is beneficial to eat animal fats, BUT, years of conditioning on high carb, lo
protein, no fat diets have caused me to default to fatless cooking methods
and recipes. I definitely eat a low-fat diet.
Even with all the discussion on this list, it is hard to establish new
habits, and to be aware of these subconscious decisions I make.
Thomas, thank you for the reminder. I just had a nice big lamb filet, and I
did NOT trim off the fat!!!!
