Hi Joyce,
That was an awesome quote about True Silence, at the end of one of your e-mails.
Where did that come from?

    It came from a newsletter I get called “ON THE POSITIVE SIDE” it usually has
    lots of quotes and poems. This one didn’t have any source. Here is again:
    “True Silence Is The Rest Of The Mind; It Is To The Spirit What Sleep Is To The
    Body, Nourishment And Refreshment.”
    It also has information such as :

    It was the accepted practice in Babylon 4,000 years ago that for a month after

    It is a Christian newsletter by Bonnie. I don’t know where I signed up for it ,
