Blood type diet

I just received my 5.99 book whichis actually a
paperback guide to the aoids, neutrals, beneficials
It does not get into ER theory or dicuss practival
daily stuff.

list price is $5.99 - had I seen this first I would
have gone with it. I am
wondering if there is different information ? Does
anyone have one ?
