She ate everything but always believed in everything in moderation. She
wasn’t excessive about anything.
From the time she was around 75 her doctor gave her a coated aspirin a day

and also niacin. Back then I didn’t realize what the niacin was for, but now
I know it was to lower cholesterol probably. Other than that she didn’t take
drugs, except for diaretics later in life for high blood pressure.

Wow, that must have been a surprise. That is really scary. My mom warned me
to be careful when I was in my 40’s. She told me it ran in the family to
have a baby late in life. Luckily I avoided that tendency.

son (my first and last) when I was 35 and he is really smart. When he was
about 10, I told him that he inherited his brains from his mother, and he
quickly said, “You never told me I was adopted!” He is also a smart alec.

I had both my kids after 35… I have a four yr (36) and a 2 yr (38) other than
being more energetic than me they seem fine :)
