Soy sauce substitute

There are a couple of wheat-free soy sauces and tamari sauces out
there. Go to your HFS and read those labels. If I remember when I get
home, I’ll read you the brand name of the Tamari that I use.

    San-J makes a good wheat-free Tamari. Buy the reduced sodium version if
    you can find it.
