I learned mine too. Today I am going to eliminate corn. It will be very hard for
me- I love popcorn etc..
I want to experiment with this and see in 10 days or so to see if it makes me
sick..

syrup is in so many
things, start reading the labels and you will be shocked. Even Arizona Green Tea
in the bottle is made
with corn syrup, not green tea…..what a shame too, it is so good. <
Dawn ,
I found that out today. I have been reading labels and want to cry. I don’t know
what to eat! I think this is going to prove the hardest thing to change. I
haven’t had a Pepsi for 14 days now- after drinking at least a 2 liter bottle
every day. The withdrawal headaches were horrible. I bought some plain seltzer.
I have been reading more of the book and I would be willing to bet I am a nonnie
I want to get tested and my DH wants to too.
I need to find a local butcher shop. Walmart has beef and I’ve been tempted to
buy some , but the book suggests organic. I think I’ll have a hard time finding
that.
Did you change your diet gradually or stop using all avoids at once ? This is
hard , but then so is feeling tired & sick all the time. I had accepted it as a
way of life until I started reading the book. Now I am excited. I called a
friend today who has an auto-immune disease (sclermaderma) and told her about
it.
I knew she was an O. I am very surprised that I cannot find any paperback copies
of this book for sale.
I did see some on ebay, but Amazon only had hardcover.

foods and meal planning. Be careful though, as some of the food values
are not updated (e.g., leeks, sunflower seeds, pinto beans, cucumbers,
etc.).
I feel your pain. I remember my caffeine (Diet Coke) withdrawal.
Stayed in bed for two days. Drinking some green tea will help.
If you mix it with some good organic juice or a fruit concentrate (make
sure it doesn’t have any avoids!), it will be better (IMHO). Even a
lemon or lime kicks it up a notch.
Don’t know where you live, but a Health Food Store (HFS) is a great
starting point.
I put all avoids in a box and sent them home to my family.
easier not to cheat if you can’t.
Which book? I think that the only one in paperback is CR4YT, of course
now there are the pocket list books, but they are for secretors only, so
check your status first.
