I just got this book today and started reading it, as the author/dr
was recommended by others from Dr.D’s board.
Here is the straight skinny on women’s health gals!!! If you are
between the ages of 30-50, buy this book NOW ! and read it over and
over again.
What Your Doctor Many NOT Tell You about PREMENOPAUSE by Dr John Lee.
His first book is called What your doctor may not tell you about
Menopause.
I am about 1/4 of the way through the book now, and I am totally
amazed at what I am reading.

But not everybody can handle using a progesterone cream. My body’s
too sensitive even to dabs of that… OR estrogen. But moreso
progesterone. Just go easy at least for the first month or you could
be in PMS heck. Wait and see how your body responds and give it a few
    months to get adjusted.

Yeah, if only I had all these information way back when! I am 33 now. Had a
hist when I was 25. If I knew then the fibroid cysts would naturally shrink
eventually and that my diet could make a difference, I would never have done it.
I was desperate to get rid of the constant pain. Fortunately I have both my
ovaries. I am not on HRT yet. What can I take to prevent me ever needing that?

What you will find (if you read Dr. Reiss’s book) is that Natural
Hormone Replacement is basically a necessity if women wish to remain in
optimum health after a hysterectomy/menopause. This is not the evil HRT
from horses that most MD’s push. These are hormones that are identical
to those your body produces. Check it out!
    Cheers,
    Mr. Research ;)
