I have a butcher shop within 40 miles & they will save the brains. If you have
never tried them you are in for a real treat! Nothing comes close to their taste
OR smooth texture. I can’t explain it! My Mom tricked me into eating some years
ago & I was glad she did!
I would always gag thinking HOW can they eat brains. They are something we all
love in our famly.
