Blood type diet

I finally found this group, thanks to another poster from the ER4YT
board. I am looking forward to reading the posts and getting around
this message board. I have been on Er4YT since right before christmas,
let’s just say I made it through the holidays ok, and really started
in on the diet with the New Year. So Hi to everyone……
