Isn’t there a web site posted on the home page of this group? Also,
go to search and type in er4yt. You’ll be surprised at all the finds.
That’s how I found this group when I was researching it last Aug.

Also check out the message board at foodforyourblood.com. She can
read them and even go into the archives and learn a lot, without
having to participate.
