egg protein powder source?

Hi Ryan and everyone,
Can you please tell me where you buy your egg white? This is a protein
powder, right? Is it organic? Is it a plain powder or mixed with stuff?
If plain, how do you prepare it?

    I mix about a little over a scoop (24g of protein per scoop) in the blender
    with a couple of ice cubes, a little over a cup of water and either a
    heaping tablespoon of de-fat cocoa powder or some frozen wild blueberries
    and some stevia if necessary. I’ve never been brave enough to try it plain.
    It seems to me to take no worse than the other protein powders and blends
    better with the other flavors than the rice protein (which sticks in my
    throat) or soy protein.
    If anyone out there knows where we can find better egg white protein powder,
    let us know!!
