low carb crackers

For those of us who can’t eschew grains totally, “Kavli Crispy Thin”
crackers are great. Three crackers are only 13g carb. Ingredients:
whole rye flour, water and salt. They are great with tuna & mayo. I
know, bad food combining, but yummy!

    Actually, rice does contain gluten…rice gluten is the protein that
    makes up the protein in those “super” rice protein powders that everyone
    seems to be so hot on. I’m tellin’ you guys, egg white is the way to go!
