A long while back people were talking about Natural type soaps.. while shopping
at our local Wild Oats I found this by Natural
Soap Co. out of Kansas City.
Ingredients: Saponified food grade olive, vegetable and jojoba oils, Essential
oils, Oatmeal and Vitamin E.
What the heck is Saponified?
What do you guys think?
I finally found this group, thanks to another poster from the ER4YT
board. I am looking forward to reading the posts and getting around
this message board. I have been on Er4YT since right before christmas,
let’s just say I made it through the holidays ok, and really started
in on the diet with the New Year. So Hi to everyone……

Hi
In the book “Your Body’s Many Cries for Water”, Dr. Batmanghelidj mentions
that if you drink 8 glasses of water a day with a tiny pinch of salt on the
tongue it will cure sleeplessness–he says if you wake up in the middle of
the night it is because you are thirsty–just have a glass of water, a pinch
of salt and right back to sleep!! It HAS helped my stiff joints a lot but I
sleep alright so don’t know it works.
Hope it works for you.

I’m sending out a general alert! There is another virus going around. I’ve
recently received two e-mail from the nefarious Lowell Barron with subject lines
“Re:” and no message in the body of the text, each with ominous attachments
waiting to be opened!
If you receive mail with curt “Re:” as the subject and and an attachment, or
anything else suspicious delete it!
Axel O+ secretor wishing his secreted antigens protected him from electronic
viruses…
Isn’t there a web site posted on the home page of this group? Also,
go to search and type in er4yt. You’ll be surprised at all the finds.
That’s how I found this group when I was researching it last Aug.

Dadamo.com, and Dr. answers a question every day on the main sight.
Also check out the message board at foodforyourblood.com. She can
read them and even go into the archives and learn a lot, without
having to participate.
Hi Ossss
Does anyone have a good, reasonable priced source for organic nuts,
especially shelled almonds and walnuts?
My local hfs is way too expensive for me!
Thanks,
Lynda
Hi, Elaine(?)
As a old sheepherder/grower I have to admit, that we always remove the fat from
lamb or mutton. It can get pretty “sheepy”tasting, if you know what I mean. The
flavor is usually the reason so many poeple will not even try sheep. But if
they remove the fatty parts and use oliveoil or ghee for frying it, the flavor
is much more to their liking and they get hooked on this kind of meat. We have
converted many poeple to eating lamb by cooking it without the lamb fat. It
kinda sticks to the roof of your mouth when it cooles off. Keep it hot and
enjoy !
In the summer we have many “mutton-fry” affairs and get raves every time.
I have never had collard greens, tried to raise them in my garden one year and
they failed. So I stick with chard.
Have a nice day

I searched for amenorrea, and it only gave me spanish or foreign
language pages to look at. Something to do with menses; I figured out
that much. One link was for anorexia and one was for menopause (I
think). Will you define, or point me to an english page? If you don’t
mind, that is.

OK. I cooked the lamb stew recipe in the files. Instead of draining
off the fat, I kept it. Then I cooked the collard greens in the fat,
with some chopped garlic tossed in. I stir fried it for about 15-20
minutes (or as long as it took me to fix the rest of the stew). That
was Mon.
I had them Tue night. Very rich because of the fat, I guess (almost
too rich). It was that fat taste and feeling… Great taste, BTW.
Though, I couldn’t eat very much. It was a little tough, so maybe
cook the sliced leaves a bit longer next time? They were pretty
wilted when I finished cooking them. I didn’t cut out the middle
stalk, but cut them off at the leaves. Then narrow slices across the
leaves.
My first experience with greens. Not bad. Especially since my dad
said he never ate them growing up in KY. I guess it was a class thing
back then (he was born in 1912).
