CoEnzyme10 - Thomas or anyone?

Hi Thomas:
You mentioned you liked CQ10 in gel caps. Is there a particular brand u
like? I understand some are worse than others.

    Great question, KarenB.
    I was just reading yesterday that CoQ10 was good for weight loss
    (100-300mg/day). I was thinking about getting some for myself and
    recommending it to Mom. Actually, I aborted a trip to the HFS today.
    Now I know why. I didn’t know what brand to buy. A quick review of
    Thomas’ website indicates he sells New Chapter, “Food grown and
    natural.”
