I was just reading yesterday that CoQ10 was good for weight loss
(100-300mg/day). I was thinking about getting some for myself and
recommending it to Mom. Actually, I aborted a trip to the HFS today.
Now I know why. I didn't know what brand to buy. A quick review of
Thomas' website indicates he sells New Chapter, "Food grown and
natural."
