walnuts ARE beneficial it seems :-)

Hi All,
Someone (Karen?) asked about walnuts before Christmas, because of a
discrepancy in the new encyclopedia. I found this today at Dr. D’s BB from
Heidi, who seems to be his moderator:

needs a re-write. That one paragraph. So, use the values in the food lists
in the book (and at TYPEbase3, linked at the top of this page) in lieu of
the errors in that paragraph. :-) in response to:

Help! In LR it says walnuts are bennies for O’s. In the back of the
encyclopedia on the food lists it says walnuts are bennies for O’s. In the
text in the Encyclopedia, it says O’s should avoid walnuts. Help. I don’t
want my spouse eating walnuts if they are truly avoids. Thx. CB.

In the same paragraph with the walnuts avoid for O, the encyclopedia states
“Rh-positive group O individuals should avoid blueberries, bananas, and
papayas.” In the back of the book these are beneficial, beneficial, and
neutral, respectively. How can this be correct?

So it seems that the second paragraph on pg 348 about Group O-Specific
Lectins needs a re-write.
Enjoy walnuts!
