Colorful Food List

Sunday, March 20th, 2005

Jaqueline,
I took out the mustard greens and added the names of citrus we can eat. This
does not make it NS compliant, but by the Live Right Book it is O
compliant. I checked the book to be sure. Those of you who are using Eat
Right will notice that there were some changes like we can eat strawberries
and cabbage now.
Hope this helps.

live almonds

Sunday, March 20th, 2005

Hi Axel!
Took your advice! Soaked the almonds overnight, and then, blanching them,
popped their skins. The question occured to me, what now? I did put them into
a smoothie, and would welcome recommendations about what else to have in said
smoothie, but supposing I were not yet ready to use them? Would I let them dry
out again, or keep them in water? What would you say?
Thanks.
Frances

Anyone have avoids problem if topically applied?

Sunday, March 20th, 2005

We have touched upon a similar problem, with aloe vera.
The thing is, I think is corn applied to the skin gets absorbed and
the lectins will finally reach where they shouldn’t.

Eating Fish

Sunday, March 20th, 2005

Hi Osss,
I’m wondering if you all follow Dr. D’s recommendations for eating
fish? I’ve been concerned because I keep hearing more and more about
the contamination of our fish due to environmental pollution. If I
eat one serving or less of fish per week, would it make sense to
substitute with the remaining suggested portions with red meat? Is
there such a thing as eating too much beef/game meat/lamb/buffalo?
Thanks.
Peace, Lisa

herbalife

Friday, March 18th, 2005

Hi Tina,
You commented that you used to sell herbalife - did you consider herbalife to be
a good product? I have a fellow telling me that its a super energizing product
(I’m not interested in weight loss - more in the energy benefits). I am an
O-ns so maybe the question is irrelevant. Thanks in advance.
