I had good results with both of these in concert with the physical therapy
for my wrist injury. The Zyflamend seems to help with general inflammation
on more of long term effect. The Inflazyme Forte works well for immediate
pain and swelling relief.
I’m off wearing a brace and back to playing volleyball. I still have some
mild discomfort in my wrist when doing computer work or other repetitive
things, but this is due to the permanent damage I’ve done to my wrist lining
and the calcification bump from repeatedly banging the wall when I was
playing racquetball. I’m hoping the calcification chip will dissolve over
time.

I’ve been wondering about your injury. What are you taking? How is it healing?

HELP OR ADVICE SOUGHT RE ESCALATING CHOLESTEROL L

Saturday, March 26th, 2005

Hi Group!
I have been on er4yt for about 16 months now and seem to feel much better
staying away from those “avoids”.
Sinus problems much relieved, energy better, etc.
Have NOT yet sent in my secretor test, which I “promise” to do this week.
My question is regarding cholesterol levels. Prior to going on er4yt mine
was NEVER above 145.
In September 2001 my level tested at 270!!!!!
My doc and I hoped it was that I had not fasted properly before and we redid
the test last month.
The level still is quite high…..245!!
Prior to er4yt I did not consume much red meat.
N
salt, exercised and I drink plenty of fluids…I have been on HRT since 1995
due to a premature menopause brought on by cystic ovaries.

Jannette’s intro

Saturday, March 26th, 2005

Hello Jannette, and welcome to this group! Thank you for telling us your
story; you have been through enough for 50 people, and you are still striving
to improve your health and recover as much as possible. You must be a very
strong person! You will feel better and be as healthy and active as
possible, eating this way. I don’t know if you saw a previous post of mine,
that I have been diagnosed as “probably” having MS. You have had to face
many more setbacks, and far more serious than I have. I do not have trouble
walking or standing, other than my normal lumbering about. I have mainly
been afflicted with optical neuritis, which each event causes me to lose a
little of my eyesight. I lost a little more in my right eye this year. I
used to get that “hitting the wall” fatigue real bad too. I don’t get that
anymore, eating this way. I have not found that this diet repairs damage
(scars) already done to nerves, and I never expected it to do that. But I do
believe I maintain a state of health and balance in mind and body that
significantly slows the progress and minimizes future events. Did you see

Hi All,
Does anyone know of a feeding program for dogs or cats that is
individualized in some way like ER4YT is for us?
Thanks for all of your wonderful posts!

trouble reading messages on web site?

Friday, March 25th, 2005

Does anyone else read the posts on the group web site? It keeps
telling me #### message does not exist (number 10000). They must be
updating the database again. This would be the draw back for not
getting e-mails. <smile

Intro/Post-Op Help Needed

Friday, March 25th, 2005

Hi guys, I need your help. Let me do my overdue intro first. I am in my late
40’s, look as if I’m in my late 30’s (great luck!!!) and in addition to having
the ravages of failed attempts of living the vegetarian lifestyle; i.e., high
cholesterol, hypertension and elevated blood sugar levels (not yet diabetes,
thank God); and am losing some excess weight; I have some pretty debilitating
symptoms of multiple sclerosis. This primarily has sidelined my life,
especially in the last 6 years, and I’ve been officially disabled since 1997. I
have had all the worst symptoms at one time or another, such as being unable to
stand, walk etc. and fatigue. I have been in a remission of sorts for the last
7 months for which I’m very thankful. I do not need my cane - a first since
‘97, and also do not stagger-walk unless really fatigued. Even the fatigue has
improved since I started ER4YT in August! Overall I’m thrilled with my systemic
health, and cannot ever envision going back to the conventional eating
lifestyle!!
In June I had a very mild stroke, which left my right arm and leg temporarily
