2 cups Epsom salt
2 tablespoon of potassium
soak at least 20-40 min.

I have an associate - Type O - that has heard about the blood type diet but
thinks it’s junk. She’s going on Dean Ornish, which from what I can tell,
looks brutal for O’s. Her comments so far is I’ve lost weight but it’s very
hard”.
Anybody done the Ornish and care to comment?
