I had an Irene Nielson email with subject heading of a message I had sent
yesterday too. The attachment had the ‘badtrans’ virus.

    Irene,
We haven’t heard from you in a while.. It’s good to hear from you again.
Your last e-mail to the list was about the same time that a virus was going
    around.

    that
    Hi Irene,
Yes, unfortunately it’s true about the virus. You sent me a message that
had a virus in it too. It was a little while ago now, don’t remember the
date. Maybe you could have your son look at your computer again to make
sure you got rid of it all right? The virus may have sent the messages out
by itself from your computer. Others have posted websites to get virus
info - maybe those would help?
I was concerned when you didn’t write for awhile too. I thought maybe the
virus crashed your computer or something. Glad to see you are back. Don’t
be sad, this is a great group of people on this list!

No one is making you out to be a fool. They were just being smart back to
    me for fun.

Are you keeping to the diet and taking your vitamins these days Irene?
Also, with the virus, did you read the posts that say how to get rid of it?
Maybe you should get someone over that knows a lot about computers to do it
for you. It’s too difficult to describe how to fix using email. Your
anti-virus program may not be updated enough to pick it up.
