LR changes/Bladderwack/Tea
I take bladderwrack supplement as well as kelp granules on veggies.
I’m not sure what kind of experience you are looking for… the
bladderwrack makes me thirsty, I think it’s the sodium, but I don’t
mind. The kelp granules are an interesting change of pace from salt.
A woman my mother knows said she lost weight simply by taking
bladderwrack supplement. I’m having good luck loosing weight,
although I’m not sure how much is due to bladderwrack and how much is
due to everything else.
Since my naturopath told me that I’m loosing energy through my thyroid
(still not sure what that means exactly, just that it’s not good…)
I’ve been even more focused on doing those things that help my thyroid
out - like bladderwrack.
Good luck,
Karen

Someone mentioned Dandelion Root tea, especially good for PMS.
Haven’t tried it myself, though. It’s on my list to purchase during
my next run to HFS.

Kiwi & Leek (now Avoids) were major changes from ER to LR
that I noticed, Amy.
I was very disappointed since I ate Kiwi inlieu of strawberries.
Now Strawberries have changed to a Neutral for Secretor,
but I see on pg. 137 that it’s one of the items to avoid
as an Acid-stimulating Food.

p.s. Looking forward to seeing the Encyclopedia in bookstores.

I just love Roojbos-tea - we get it here even in the supermarkets - with
different flavours - even earl grey, which I love very much

<<Have you tried Rooibos, aka Red Bush, tea ?
Forgot to mention that one on my list since it’s a favorite! It also mixes
well with roasted dandelion root.

Try Celestial Seasonings Misty Jasmine Green Tea. It smells & tastes
great. Or brew a bag of green tea with a bag of ginger tea. Then ice
it. Yum! Good luck.

I dislike the flavor of green tea. I have even tried the Stash brand
Chai Green Tea - barely acceptable.
