		<description>There is a pumpkin nut bread in the CR4YT book that I posted here that is ok
for Os, it has raisins and almonds. It is delicious and easy to make, I
almost always keep some of it around as long as I can get up the energy to
make it. I even use rice milk instead of soy milk and it comes out soft and
like a bar cookie.
