Sciatica - Suggestions how about food!!!

Whenever I’m stressed, I break out with a rash on my neck. My
suggestion would be to treat the root cause, not the symptom.
Exercise, drink lots of water, take B-complex vitamins & folic acid.

    There is a pumpkin nut bread in the CR4YT book that I posted here that is ok
    for Os, it has raisins and almonds. It is delicious and easy to make, I
    almost always keep some of it around as long as I can get up the energy to
    make it. I even use rice milk instead of soy milk and it comes out soft and
    like a bar cookie.
