		<description>You can find Glucosamine with MSM in it which Thomas said is ok to take.
Any type of arthritis, osteoporosis, can and will benefit from it, pain wise
and it will rebuild healthy joints. I take it and when I run out I end up
back in pain!

		<description>It sounds like it to me but how about seeing an osteopath or a chiropractor or a
physiotherapist to have it assessed. Then I would recommend you trying advice
from the many many posts on sciatica.
I haven't really resolved the problem yet but I especially think that Pilates is
good - I find it helps me and my physiotherapist said I had very weak core
muscles from having had 4 C-sections, 4 pregnancies ....weak core muscles are
pretty common in women my age. And the minerals do help. Ann</description>
