Molasses - been wondering

Hi Again,
I don’t really know what molasses is and why it is OK for nonnies while
virtually all other forms of sugar are not. I seldom use it - need educating.
Is there a place where Peter or anyone else gives the rationale behind the
avoids, beneficials. I know some are based on lectins and some relate to the
health conditions that the particular blood type has a propensity towards.
Thanks, Ann

Enter blackstrap molasses in www.google.com and you’ll get lots of info.

Often have been wondering about the same, asked Peter D’Adamo
several times unaswered. It has to do something with us being
nonsecretors ( if you look at other bloodgroups nonsecretors they
have pretty strict restrictions with sweets/sweeteners as well), but I
haven’t got a deeper insight. I know, which might be relevant, that
brewer’s yeast is beneficial for nonsecretors because it helps in
    breaking down sugars.
Any other idea on the same is welcome. Thanks,
    Rose/Hun
