Rice Cookies
Antoinette,
Thank you so much for the rice cookie recipe. Since I can’t find the Rose
water listed in the Nutrition Typebase or in the Live Right book, I would
think it would be a neutral.

Hi O’s,
here is a recipe for rice cookies , but I don’t know
about the rose water if it is an avoid for type O.
RICE

500 GR.
BUTTER OR
GHEE 250
GR.
ICING
SUGAR 200
GR.
EGG 1
ROSE
WATER
1/2 CUP
CARDAMON
POWEDER 1 TEA
SPOON
SESAME
SEEDS
LITTLE ( optional )
Mix icing sugar, ghee or butter and yoke, then cardamon
and rose water. Then add the rice flour. Beat the
white egg until is puff and white, then add to the
above mixture, mix well, after keep it in the fridge
for 24 hours. Take small ball ( size of walnut) put it
in the tray and by hand flat it. keep enough space
between them, sprinkle with sesame seeds(you can make
plain without seeds) . 15 minutes in the oven 180
degree centigrade temperature. Be careful not to burn
