Rice Cookies

Antoinette,
Thank you so much for the rice cookie recipe. Since I can’t find the Rose
water listed in the Nutrition Typebase or in the Live Right book, I would
think it would be a neutral.

    Hi O’s,
    here is a recipe for rice cookies , but I don’t know
    about the rose water if it is an avoid for type O.
    RICE
    FLOUR
    500 GR.
    BUTTER OR
    GHEE 250
    GR.
    ICING
    SUGAR 200
    GR.
    EGG 1

    ROSE
    WATER
    1/2 CUP
    CARDAMON
    POWEDER 1 TEA
    SPOON
    SESAME
    SEEDS
    LITTLE ( optional )
    Mix icing sugar,ghee or butter and yoke, then cardamon
    and rose water.Then add the rice flour. Beat the
    white egg until is puff and white, then add to the
    above mixture, mix well, after keep it in the fridge
    for 24 hours. Take small ball ( size of walnut) put it
    in the tray and by hand flat it. keep enough space
    between them, sprinkle with sesame seeds(you can make
    plain without seeds) . 15 minutes in the oven 180
    degree centigrade temperature. Be careful not to burn
    it.
