Spelt Yeast Bread (bread machine)
A friend asked for this one. Sorry, non-s’s, according the LR, spelt flour
are Avoids for you.

Spelt Yeast Bread for secretors only
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 Tbs fruit juice concentrate, maple syrup or honey
2 3/4 tsps quick rising yeast (1 pkg of yeast plus 1/2 tsp)
3 cups white spelt flour
1 tsp salt
2 Tbs olive oil
1 3/4 cups whole grain spelt flour
Place the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by the
manufacturer’s directions. Select the basic white bread cycle. If you can
select the darkness of the crust, choose light or medium. Makes 1 1/2 pound
loaf.
