5 HTP & Rhodiola

I started increasing my serotonin levels by eating lots of turkey and
bananas, both high in serotonin production. Also, if you check into
acupressure, there are two points at the base of the skull that
increase it as well.

    Dudes! I’m like, woah! Melatonin seems to be a good
    alternative! Do a search. Ask Thomas. Don’t ask me. I
    have it, I have used it, I know it works. If you care
    enough you won’t even ask Thomas, you’ll do searchs on
    your own. I’m sure you could use the BTD’s message forum
    search engine and get some threads on the subject of
    melatonin.
    It’s also good for intensifying the REM stage of
    sleep… not that there are many people who WANT to
    exist in the hallucinatory fantasy world of dreams…
