Weird Science/Grey hair

Thursday, December 23rd, 2004

Grey hair is meant to be a deficiency in the mineral “copper” - so what you
mention about the colloidal minerals would make sense.

Strange one, isn’t it? I was born toe-headed and my
hair got progressively darker over the years until I
started this stuff and suddenly it started getting
lighter again. It’s not grey either. It getting
blonder all the time. Anyone else notice this?<
Have definitely had hair color affected by my diet (light/dark pigment - not
graying).
Also, it and stress have definitely affected the level of gray I had. After

O+ plus A+ = A- ???

Wednesday, December 22nd, 2004

Just wondering: I did the home blood test on my son today and it clearly
read A-. I am O+ and his dad is A+, is it possible for us to produce an A-?
I do not know anything about blood science and am hoping someone here knows!
I do not want to retest him, at least not at home, it was rather traumatic
for him.
Thanks!

Focus (of child)

Wednesday, December 22nd, 2004

Tina,
I had the same kind of problem with my son. I have done MANY things to
stack the odds on my side.
Here are the many recommendations. All helped:
1. First of all do not send him to a psychologist or (especially) a
psychiatrist. Both of these treatments, particularly the latter have been
proven to be harmful, and these are dying professions despite the hideous
amounts of money poured into them by government/s. could give you endless
documents on this.
2.Ensure he is having a good amount of protein despite his blood type. A
main problem with babies and children these days is not enough PROTEIN.
Diet for children these days is just not what it used to be when mum’s had
good, hearty breast-milk, when all ate whole food from the land with no
chemicals and pollution.
3.Get a good multi-vitamin for him from a health-food shop. I do not know

Weird Science

Tuesday, December 21st, 2004

Well. It’s finally happened. We have a Super-Saiyan
developing in our group! This subject has been
thoroughly explored in the cartoon series “Dragonball Z”.
It makes perfect sense that foods that cause
complications in our bodies can also cause an
exacerbation of mental states such as anger, fear, etc.
The various levels of reality in our Self effect the
other levels.
I started out a little blond-haired boy. By age 4 or 5 I
had darker brown hair. Now I have brown hair, but
blondish facial hair. Maybe some day… I too could
transform into a Super-Saiyan! Dare to dream…

Argh! I am in complete agreement and sympathy with you.
I have had a difficult time with chocolate too. It has
so much stuff in it… the body is not quick to forget!
All I’ve been able to figure out is that in order to
make it gentle is to include the raw cacao (cocoa)
powder into some food so you get your chocolate fix.
I’m thinking that l-tyrosine supplementation could ease
the “O” mind into producing satisfying levels of certain
neurochemicals. Thomas would be able to extrapolate I’m
sure…
P.S. Argh!

sea veggies (was: detoxing)

Monday, December 20th, 2004

<What is the difference between Kelp and Sea Vegetables? What names would I
look for for sea vegetables?
Axel can answer this better, but kelp IS a sea vegetables (it’s just a
category name). Here are some other types of sea vegetables: alaria, dulse,
laver, nori.
To read more about sea veggies and order them online, go to: www.seaveg.com
This is the website of Maine Coast Sea Vegetables, Inc. Although you can
usually find them much cheaper at a local Asian market, if you don’t have
one at least this is an alternative. I wrap up turkey breast or even tuna
salad in their nori paper and sprinkle the dulse flakes in just about
everything!

The Shaklee lists, I……mean

Monday, December 20th, 2004

Hi All, I unsubscribed from the shaklee list - E was really pushing hard for
me to do the ILD with the shakes full of milk and soy and who knows what! Yeah,
right! No Way. I immediately got a note back from her with yet another plug….
Another person on her list , also an O ns - young and too trusting -did do the
ILD with her and gained weight - of course! And of course, E did not tell me
this… the person did privately. Even tho’ E claimed to me great success with
O’s (even nonnies) losing weight on her plan, in fact only this one gal has
tried it!
It is to protect the young and trusting that I think this list needs to be
renamed. I am old and a “doubting Thomas” - not our Thomas, of course! Wonder
where that saying came from? Perhaps we should change it to “doubting
Elizabeth”?
I feel that there are enough of us that are “ticked off” at the spamming going
on there that perhaps we should be trying to let Peter know…How?…I am not
sure but what do you guys think?

an easy way to eat sea vegetables (was detoxi

Monday, December 20th, 2004

<So be a good O-BTDer and eat your sea vegetables.
Axel,
You may have missed my post a couple of weeks ago, but I discovered the
easiest, most portable way to eat some sea veggies. I simply roll up some
fresh turkey breast in nori paper and voila! A quick and easy meal or snack
that goes anywhere and doesn’t require any utensils. I’ve become addicted!
Now I want to experiment with toasting different sea veggies to get crunchy
snacks as was suggested on the big board.
Any ideas?
