attending seminar with limited food selections

Hi All,
I hope you can help with some suggestions. I am attending a seminar this
Friday through Sunday. I received a letter stating that all meals are
provided with no choices on the parts of the participants, one selection per
meal. They do, however, state that if you are on a “medical diet” to let
them know.
I would like to call them and see if my type O diet can be accomodated at
all, but want to present it in the most official sounding terms (not as some
flaky fad diet, which I know this is not!).
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I should present this? I thought
if I list the worst of avoids as allergens (wheat, potato, corn, kidney and
navy beans, lentils, peanut, dairy, other?) and maybe give them a short list
of most appropriate foods (?) ?
I appreciate any help you can provide! This is an intensive weekend so
there will probably not be time for me to search out food on my own.

I am thinking of things that I can bring along to snack on. The hotel does
have some rooms with refridgerators so I will request one of them.
Also, I am taking 2 Deflect 2x a day, should this be increased for the
weekend?
Thank you!!!
Taz

I suggest taking some jerky since it does not require refrigeration.
Oh yeah, and plenty of dental floss. <g
good, maybe with those sheets of seaweed to wrap it up? If you take
some crystalized ginger to munch after a meal, it might help.
