Hi Osssss:
After having been a (strict) vegetarian for 30 years, last week, I BROKE
DOWN and bought some beef . . . and ate it. Then, I went out and bought
some more (free-range, grass fed, organic).
I am happy to report that after eating meat for a week, and other
exclusively HB O foods, I’ve NEVER felt better in my life!! Life is
gooooood!

How wonderful Karen, that you have listened to your body, and to Dr D giving the
instructions/recommendations for blood type!
That’s how must all of us got into the health problems to begin with - not
eating what we should, and eating what we
shouldn’t.

I ate my first red meat in over 20 years this week! I made some chili
using 1 lb ground bison and 1 lb ground turkey. It’s really good.
I’ve eaten it for three days, now. I had a good sized serving for
lunch, with raw carrots on the side. I got very yawny mid to late
afternoon (~4 hours after lunch). Is that low blood sugar? I drank
water to see if that would help. Any ideas? The soybeans?
Chili Ingredients:
2 lbs gr meat
1 can black soybeans
1 can chopped tomatoes
1/2 onion
dried:
garlic
onion
cumin
oregano
cayenne
jalepeno
chili powder (okay ingred)
paprika
sea salt
