I am at work, so don't have my Live Right book handy. As I remember, it is a
beneficial. Now, forget the pickled in white wine or the pickled in sour
cream. I love them both, and they would be avoids. This is just poached
with a little smoke flavoring added. It is not smoked or dried.

before I started the ER/LR plan.
You must be reading "Fit for Life" since you are referring to
"detoxification cycle." and "appropriation cycle".
Harvey &#38; Marilyn Diamond are more towards vegetarianism.
I did and have continued having my fruit for breakfast.
As O's, we can have protein for breakfast. I have at times done so
and I've been feeling healthy as ever.
Hope this helps. I think it's up to how You feel afterwards.
