enzymes
That was a terrific post on enzymes….I found that after several months
on the diet, all that red meat started to give me “tummy aches”. When I
upped my enzyme intake, especially protease and the one for carbs, it
really helped. I also noticed that my waistline is looking better (as
in, I can suck in my stomach and it actually makes a difference!!!) When
I do eat an avoid, I just increase my enzymes and then I don’t feel as
miserable later.

Does this work like an enzyme tablet? I find that when I accidently eat 3 or
4 pieces of bread, cake, etc., I take an enzyme tablet and it helps keep me
from blowing up like a tick.

Max, Deflect is supposed to keep the lectins from attaching to your instestines,
or something like that,(especially wheat lectins) I always take it when I know
I’m going to “sin”. It also is supposed to help with weightloss, but I never get
really consistent and slack off after a while, so I don’t know if it would help
me any.
Never tried enzymes .Am takimg Dr. D’s probiotic every morning.
