Detox Treatment

Grapefruit is a strong detox treatment but obviously Type Os can’t have
that. What about an aromatherapy treatment where the essential oil of
grapefruit is topically applied? Would that be a no no too?

    Hi Hilda,
    Both grapefruit and grapefruit juice are neutral so they could be
    used.

    Grapefruit is a neutral for O’s didn’t realize it was a detox.
