Detox Error

I have to apologise for causing so much confusion on the grapefruit thing.
I haven’t got my book - lent it out!!!. Sorry to all for that.
I am going through one of those natural detox periods. At least I think
that is what is happening here. I suddenly have a bit of a post nasal drip,
my stomach feels uneasy, I don’t feel like eating anything and I am
exhausted to put it mildly. I have the nausea of a pregnant woman!! When I
see food, I have to duck and go somewhere else. By the way, I cannot be
pregnant, had a hist long time ago already.
I have decided to just listen to my body and stopped eating. I am only
taking water as I don’t want to run the doctor who will just give me a heap
of rubbish anyway. I must say, the area directly under my ribs, sort of in
the hollow, are very sensitive. It feels sore really. Is this normal?
As for the aromatherapy question, let’s rephrase that: if some herbal
substance is an avoid, would the topically applied essential oil of that
herb be an avoid too?

Come on Thomas, shed some light here please.

    Hilda,
I hope you get checked out to get this taken care of. Might look into the
possibility of hiatal hernia. That will be somewhat eased by eating right,
but most people have to take a special course of action to reduce it. It is
painful, and restricts breathing, also because of the enlargement of an area
in the chest. Others know what exactly a hiatal hernia is, but if you have
one, you might not know it. It is very common, I’ve been told, and serious.
I hope you do get this checked out. It develops in people who eat
improperly for a period of time, and has to be gradually healed, by
correcting diet over time. Best of Luck and try to keep on top of health.
And finding a doctor who really knows what he’s talking about and who really
tries to heal people, is worth the search.
    Bye for now,

    Mam in Fla.

Hi, could be these sore spots are the lymphatic points for stomach and
spleen. Soreness indicating lymph is working overtime due to detoxing. You could
try gently massaging them to help your lymphatic system.
